What is Cialis? (Buy Cialis 20mg 50 pill)
Cialis 20mg 50 pill improves blood flow by relaxing the muscles in your arteries and veins, which then increases blood flow to specific regions of your body. Cialis is a prescription medication that may be used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) and benign prostatic hypertrophy (enlarged prostate). In men and women, Adcirca is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension and improve exercise capacity. Cialis should not be taken at the same time as Adcirca unless your doctor says so.
Warning before taking Cialis 20mg 50 pill
If you are allergic to tadalafil, you should not use Cialis. Taking Cialis with certain other medicines can result in a rapid and serious drop in blood pressure. If you also use, avoid using this medicine:
- riociguat (to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension); or
- If you are taking a nitrate drug for chest pain or heart problems, do not take this medication. This includes drugs such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, and isosorbide mononitrate. Recreational drugs known as amyl nitrates or “poppers” should also be avoided.
Tadalafil can stay in your circulation for two or more days after each dose you take (if you have kidney or liver disease). Nitrate usage should be avoided during this period. Tell your doctor if you’ve ever had any of the following conditions:
- heart disease or heart rhythm problems;
- a heart attack or stroke;
- angina (chest pain), high or low blood pressure;
- pulmonary hypertension (unless you are taking tadalafil for this);
- a condition called pulmonary venous-occlusive disease, which narrows the veins that carry blood from the lungs to the heart.
- liver or kidney disease (or if you are on dialysis);
- vision loss, or retinitis pigmentosa (an inherited condition of the eye);
- a bleeding disorder;
- a blood cell disorder such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia;
- a physical deformity of the penis (such as Peyronie’s disease), or an erection lasting longer than 4 hours;
- a stomach ulcer; or
- health problems that make sexual activity unsafe.
